In the past month, a group of international vegan bloggers have been hosted in Israel. The vibrant group that holds accounts with hundreds of thousands of Sierra followers in cities, homeowners' homes, the best restaurants and colorful markets.

The culinary delegation was organized by Wave Israel, a nonprofit organization with a wonderful intention to show the great world of Israel. The entire visit was Mehadrin's vegan and presented the accelerated progress of veganism in Israel.

The blogger's busy schedule revealed to them a whole world of Mediterranean food, rich in vegetables, fruits, grains and legumes. Baked, sweet and other excellent vegan bites. I accompanied the cordial group to visit Hope Market.

In the Hatikva neighborhood, which retains its authenticity and versatility, the veteran and small market has characterized it for many years. Many dining establishments in the market gather in a small, pleasant radius to roam. The vegan tour opens a deliciously delicious table in the hummus defense. Many different chickpeas, Paul Egyptian, chopped salad, plump pita, sour and spicy varieties and of course falafel.

Visitors to the market received a taste of Yemenite taste in the form of Kaunas, Sloph and Jhannon. And the delicious delicacies from the Turkish deli crowded. He passed the tour with grace, with a great sense of humor and great knowledge, like a window, touring tours.

Participants were Rose Lee (806K) with the Cheap Lazy Vegan blog from Calgary in Canada, Annette Wellsberg Tidman (260K) who comes to us from Tallinn who in Estonia, is a food photographer, cookie and stylist. Anthea Wing Si Chang (160K) owns the Rainbow Nourishments blog and a resident of Cumbra in Australia, whose father Rebo (108K) from Munich in Germany owns the blog The Hungry Warrior and Marie Louise Dorfschmitt (92K) of Stuttgart Germany.
