Coronavirus: more than 90,000 dead worldwide

The new coronavirus pandemic has killed at least 90,000 people worldwide since its appearance in China in December, more than half of which in Italy, Spain and the United States, according to an AFP report from sources. official Thursday at 5.30 p.m.

A total of 90,938 deaths were recorded (for 1,534,426 cases), including 64,342 in Europe, the continent most affected. With 18,279 deaths, Italy is the country with the most deaths in the world, followed by Spain (15,238), the United States (14,830) and France (10,869).
