This will affect the rights of Hong Kong people under the status of Chinese citizens, including the right to vote under the Constitution. "Of course you can amend the Basic Law or have any explanation... As for whether the right of abode is also cancelled, because you are not a Chinese citizen, whether you should have the right of abode in Hong Kong must be carefully studied."
