The high commissioner for peace of Colombia, Miguel Ceballos, said that the group of FARC dissidents who announced Thursday that they will return to arms, "is inspired by drug trafficking." At a conference in Washington, Ceballos added that all these people who appear together in a video creating a group to challenge the peace process, "began to break the agreements more than a year ago."
