Ingo Senftleben draws consequences five days after the state election: Brandenburg's CDU chief wants to give up all offices to allow government participation.


Brandenburg's CDU chairman Ingo Senftleben has announced his withdrawal. This is reported by the "Potsdamer Neuesten Nachrichten" and the "Tagesspiegel".

According to Senftleben had decided next Tuesday not again to run for the parliamentary group chair in the parliament, to announce his immediate resignation as party chairman and also leave the probe team of the Union for the formation of a government.
