The biggest changes are expected in the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico, which is expected to set a new record high of 44.85 million barrels, an increase of 71,000 barrels per day. The increase is the 9th consecutive month, the longest since December 2018.

North Dakota and the Bakken region in Montana are expected to set a new record high at 1471,000 barrels, an increase of 2,000 barrels per day. However, the increase is the smallest since May.
