Forest fires hit the north of the city of Los Angeles and has already affected more than 1,900 hectares. Due to the danger involved, the authorities have activated mandatory evacuation orders for at least 12,000 people. In addition, major highway portions were closed and firefighters are intervening to try to save homes.
