Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and head of the Marada Movement, Lebanese MP Suleiman Franjieh, reiterated the necessity of coordination between Syria and Lebanon in the interest of the two countries and brotherly peoples.
A statement of the media relations in Hezbollah said that the meeting between the two sides witnessed "in-depth and comprehensive discussion in various regional developments, especially the latest developments in Iraq and Syria."
The two sides reaffirmed the need to take advantage of the great opportunity offered by the reopening of the existing Albukamal border crossing to enhance Lebanese exports via Syria to Iraq and to work jointly with the Syrian government on the return of Syrian refugees to their country.
