The Higher Education Council issued a decree authorizing a student with a high school diploma in the same year of admission to apply for an open education trade-off if he was over 24 years old and his rate did not allow him to admit to universities subject to the regulation of universities or institutes affiliated with the Higher Council for Technical Education.
The Council, in a resolution received by SANA today, indicated that students over the age of 24 years have the right to apply for an open-ended trade-off without returning to the ministry, after making sure that they meet the required conditions. To the trade-off.
