Lahtain scored a penalty in the 21st minute and Burhan Shammout scored in the 48th minute and Ahmed Shalabi scored from the penalty spot in the 45th minute.
Al-Karama also drew with Al-Nawa'ir in the same round with a view to his role in the match held on Al-Baath facility in Homs.
