The General Directorate of Public Security in Lebanon arrested a person at Beirut airport on charges of dealing with the Israeli enemy.
The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) quoted a public security statement as saying that a person with Lebanese and Canadian nationality was arrested at Beirut International Airport for having been investigated for the benefit of the Lebanese army regarding his dealings with the Israeli enemy.
The statement added that the accused is being investigated under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
