García Linera: Almagro has been part of this coup

Álvaro García Linera says that he is the vice president of Bolivia in exile, because he presented his resignation letter, but until it is read in the plenary of the assembly “no document of any person has an official format”. Linera García explains that interim president Jeanine Áñez was anointed by a general and that this is not one of the functions of the officers. However, Áñez has said that the coup d'etat was the one that Bolivia suffered with electoral irregularities. And for his part, Almagro denounced that in Bolivia the coup had been generated by the Plurinational Electoral Tribunal when trying to “steal” the elections of October 20 in favor of Evo Morales.
