The Iraqi security media cell announced that the Balad military air base north of Baghdad, where US forces targeted today two Katyusha rockets.
Two Katyusha rockets landed on the Balad airbase in Salah al-Din province, about 80 km north of Baghdad, the cell said, quoting the cell as saying in a statement.
The Ain al-Assad air base, which also includes US forces in the western province of Anbar, was targeted by five missiles last Tuesday.
