Atlantia suspends Castellucci severance pay

Atlantia's Board of Directors resolved to suspend payment of the second installment, expiring on January 2, 2020, of the severance pay of the former to Giovanni Castellucci. Castellucci was released in September with a severance pay of 13 million in addition to the severance pay. The Board of Directors has prudently considered suspending the payment "in relation to the elements that have emerged from the investigations in progress by the Judicial Authority and regardless of their criminal relevance". Thus Atlantia in a note that states that "once the initial phase of operation of the General Manager has been completed, today the Board of Directors has decided to proceed with a rearticulation of the powers, revoking those temporarily assigned to the Executive Committee, which will therefore terminate the own functions ". The powers "have been divided between the President and the General Manager.
