(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, DECEMBER 17 - Lanuova aula bunker was officially opened at the Dozza prison in Bologna which will host the second degree of the 'Ndrangheta Aemilia maxi-trial, which will begin in February. The space has been reorganized and renovated, with up to 120 seats for lawyers and fifty staffs will be for the public. Undersecretary of Justice, Vittorio Ferraresi also participated in the presentation. "It is a response to the many tribulations that we have had to face in recent years to be able to celebrate important trials in Emilia-Romagna," the President of the Court Francesco Maria Caruso, amargine, explained. The attorney general, Ignazio De Francisci, was the first to insist on the restructuring of the hall, the outgoing president of the Court of Appeal Giuseppe Colonna, the president of the order of lawyers Elisabetta D'Errico, as well as three PG substitutes who will support the charge: Valter Giovannini, Lucia Musti and Luciana Cicerchia.
