(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 17 - "We decided together during the government meeting that Italy will establish a special envoy for Libya who will respond directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by having a continuous, intense, high-level political relationship with all the Libyan parties" . This was announced by Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio, who has just arrived in Ciampin after the lightning mission in Libya.
