(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 23 - Court case for eight persons from the Court of Auditors of Rome for the failure to collect, for 15 years, the canon of the building occupied in via Napoleon III where the CasaPound headquarters is located. The damage is equal to 4.5 million euros. To answer for omissadavailability of the property and failure to collect the fees must be managers and officials of the State Property Agency and del Miur, owner of the property. The hearing has been set for April 21.
