Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas affirmed that Jerusalem will remain the capital of Palestine and there is no bargaining over, stating that the Palestinian issue is passing a dangerous turn as a result of the Israeli occupation entity continuing its aggressive practices against the Palestinian people.

Wafa news agency quoted Abbas as saying in a speech today: It is necessary for the Palestinian people in all its classes to stand together to protect their national project by establishing their independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with occupied capital Jerusalem.

Abbas stressed that Jerusalem with its sanctuaries is the jewel of the crown, not for sale or bargaining, and it will remain the capital of Palestine, and without it there will be no settlement in the region, stressing the failure of the attempt to pass the so-called "deal of the times" and canceling Palestinian rights and identity.

The Palestinian President indicated that the world today is more believing in the justice of the Palestinian cause and the legitimate right of the Palestinian people to achieve their inalienable rights, noting the decision of the International Criminal Court to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the war crimes committed by the occupation authorities and still against the people

The Palestinian affirming that the issue of the Palestinian prisoners, martyrs and wounded was a red line, not compromising or negotiating at all costs.
