Meteorologists today announced in Moscow that the alert has reached the yellow level due to the frost that hit the capital and its countryside.
"The weather is very dangerous and the degree of danger has been raised to the yellow level," the Sputnik agency quoted meteorology as saying in a statement.
The weather indicated that the weather will be cloudy with the possibility of light showers of rain, while at night the temperature reaches two degrees below zero and the wind speed is from 5 to 10 meters per second and can reach 14 meters per second.
