(ANSA) - NUORO, JANUARY 2 - The tragedy in Budoni - the coastal area of Gallura - where a 13-year-old boy secretly stole his mother's Lancia Y and after driving away crashed into a wall.
The accident occurred in the hamlet of San Lorenzo. The autosis is then stopped hovering above the wall, between the edge of the road and a cliff. The minor, who was transported to the Giovanni Paolo II hospital in Olbia, suffered several fractures and will have to undergo surgery, but his condition is not serious.
The Carabinieri of Budoni station arrived on the scene, subsequently alerting the Siniscola firefighters who removed the vehicle. The military heard the boy's parents to reconstruct what happened and understand how he secretly took possession of the car.
