(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 2 - "I am shocked and devastated by what has happened". This is what Pietro Genovese said on the basis of what his defenders reported during the interrogation of the guarantee before the investigating judge which lasted about an hour. Genovese is under house arrest for having overwhelmed and killed two girls of sixteen years old, Gaia Von Freymann and Camilla Romagnoli.
"This is a tragedy for all three families involved.
Genovese is not the killer who has been described and deserves respect and understanding as the families of these two girls ", say lawyers Franco Coppi and Gianluca Tognozzi.
