Rocío Gómez, mother of US soldier Gibram Cruz, was deported to Mexico after her legal case of residence in the country failed. Cruz said he is disappointed that he can't help his mother when he puts his life for the US on the line of fire every day. Gomez will continue to receive legal advice from his lawyers, but will have to remain in Tijuana.
