The United States special representative for Venezuela, Elliott Abrams, sent a new warning message to Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro: "We are going to increase their isolation." This in response to the legislative crisis that occurred in the South American country with Deputy Luis Parra claiming the leadership of the National Assembly; while Juan Guaidó, recognized by the interim president for the United States and more than 50 countries, was re-elected over the weekend.
