The Court of Review of Avellino rejected the three instances of release from the highway overpasses, including that of Cerrano on the A14 in Abruzzo, presented by Autostrade. This was reported by the mayor of Silvi Andrea Scordella who is monitoring the situation on the SS 16 after yesterday's emergency, when 4000 heavy vehicles crossed the municipal territory in 24 hours. On Friday 10th in the Municipality of Silvi a table will be held on the situation of the SS 16, requested by the first citizen and in which Abruzzo Region, Municipalities, Highways, Arta and Asl will take part. "Compared to yesterday - says the mayor - there are no news, same traffic intensity and usual problems. Citizens are experiencing hardships that unfortunately will continue over time". In fact, the journey times of public transport by road to and from Pescara have also increased, considering that traffic is also congested along the roads of the municipalities of Città Sant'Angelo (Pescara), the Marina area, and Montesilvano (Pescara).
