(ANSA) - ASSISI (PERUGIA), JAN 9 - Assisi is preparing to welcome the over 2,000 economists and entrepreneurs under 35 from all over the world who will participate in the "Economy ofFrancesco", an event wanted by Pope Bergoglio to be held from 26 to 28 March. The requests came from over 115 countries, as announced by Father Enzo Fortunato, director of the press room of the Sacred Convent.
The event is organized by the Diocese of Assisi, the Seraphic Institute, the Municipality and the Economy of Communion, collaboration with the Franciscan Families.
Assisi will be organized in 12 "villages" which will host the participants' work on the "major issues and questions" of today's and tomorrow's economy: work and care; edono management; finance and humanity; agriculture and justice; energy and poverty; profit and vocation; policies for happiness; CO2 of inequality; business and peace; Economy is woman; intransition businesses; life and lifestyles.
