Eight Katyusha rockets landed this evening on the Taji camp, north of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, which includes American forces.
"The rockets targeted the Taji training camp north of the capital, Baghdad, and they did not lead to any casualties," Brigadier Yahya Rasoul, a spokesman for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, said by telephone with the SANA correspondent in Baghdad.
For its part, the Iraqi Security Media Cell confirmed in a brief statement its intention to publish the details of the eight rockets that fell on the camp at a later time.
