The Iranian navy announced today that it has stopped three unauthorized Kuwaiti fishing boats in the Gulf waters.
The public relations of the third sea area of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards quoted Admiral Ali Reza Ahmadi as saying that these boats were stopped at the port of Mahshahr after they entered Iranian waters illegally.
Ahmadi added that these boats were monitored and stopped by the Revolutionary Guards ’third maritime group near the oil platforms area, explaining that 9 people were arrested in these boats and handed over to the judicial authorities.
