(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, FEBRUARY 3 - Norbert Feher, better known as 'Igor the Russian', was sentenced by the Tribunal of Teruel, Spain, to 21 years in prison, for the attempted murder of two people, a farmer and a blacksmith, a crime committed on 5 December 2017 in Albalate del Arzobispo (Aragon). In the hearing that took place on January 28, the prosecution asked for Serbian ilkiller 22 years and 10 months. Igor also responded to illegal possession of weapons. His Spanish lawyer, Manuel Zapater, is deciding whether to appeal, confident of the possibility of obtaining an additional penalty discount, given that Igor admitted his responsibilities since the arrest, which took place on 15 December 2017, after killing three people, a farmer and two agents of the Guardia civil. The trial for the three-murders will begin in the spring.
