Next season, Parisian players will still wear a jersey inspired by the one worn at the origins of the club as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.

The PSG will be vintage the year of its 50 years. The club has indeed decided to relaunch the historic jersey designed by Daniel Hechter next season, as confirmed by the site footyheadlines, specializing in the business of football tunics. This blue jersey with a wide vertical red stripe edged in white has not been used since the 2011-2012 season. It will therefore be on the occasion of the fiftieth year of the capital's club.

PSG already uses this season as a third jersey, a white tunic with two red and blue bands inspired by the one worn in the 1980s by Safet Susic or Mustapha Dahleb. First intended for away games, this jersey was then worn at the Parc des Princes and especially in 1986, the year of the first PSG champion title.

A tribute little appreciated by former president and fashion designer Daniel Hechter who severely tackled this replica in Le Parisien last September. “Creatively, there is nothing new. This jersey is far too close to that of Lyon. Objectively, if I am a supporter, I will not buy it while the first, yes. "
