The preliminary results of the municipal elections this Sunday in Costa Rica generate the reaction of the National Women's Institute, INAMU and 32 feminist organizations in this country. Of 82 cantons that elected mayor, only 9 would be women, which according to the complainants reflects a structural deformation and proposes initiatives in Congress to strengthen female leadership.
