Last updated: 2020-02-10 07:38It was reported that three petrol bombs were thrown at Xian Xin Police Station, Sha Tin Xian, near 11:00 pm on Sunday (9th). Sources said that some petrol bombs were thrown into the police station area, dropped into the police station's empty parking lot, commonly known as "the earth," and on the top of a warehouse.
Afterwards, brown glass fragments were left outside the police station. The riot police were on alert. Some police officers also boarded the top of the warehouse to investigate and check whether there was a "car cam" of nearby vehicles. The police classified the case as "arson" and the case was taken over by the Sha Tin Police District Criminal Investigation Team. Fortunately, there were no casualties in the incident.
