Joaquin Sabina's followers are worried. According to the newspaper El País, the singer who turned 71 on Wednesday, has fallen from the stage during a concert with Joan Manuel Serrat in Madrid, at the WiZink Center. He was taken on a stretcher.

"He was walking while talking to the public and lost his balance," according to concert goers.

The emergency services of the concert center evaluated him and then turned off the lights of the place.

The organizers communicated loudly that until their status is evaluated they decided to stop the concert. Part of the audience says that the singer suffered a strong impact. There were no more details of his status so far.

The promoter of the concert confirmed to the EFE agency that the singer did not faint.

The fact recalls in Argentina the fall of Sergio Denis, while offering a show in March 2019 in Tucumán.

Sabina sang for the last time in Argentina at Movistar Arena, next to Serrat, in November last year.
