(ANSA) - SIENA, FEBRUARY 13 - The Siena prosecutor, Valentina Magnini, asked for 4 years and 2 months of imprisonment for Silvio Berlusconi, accused of corruption in judicial documents in the context of the Ruby ter trial underway in the city of the Palio. For the accusation Cav would have paid the Sienese pianist Danilo Mariani to induce him to give false testimony on the Olgettine case. For Mariani ilpm asked for 4 years and 6 months. The hearing continued with defense attorneys from Cav's lawyers, lawyers Federico Cecconied Enrico De Martino, in front of the college of the Siena court chaired by judge Ottavio Mosti. This excerpt from the Olgettine trial had been transferred to Siena after the 'unpacking' decided by the Milan gup in April 2016.
