Cold weather warnings, strong monsoon signals, and red fire danger warnings are in force simultaneously. At 7 am, the Observatory recorded a temperature of 10.4 degrees and a relative humidity of 63 percent. The highest UV index today is expected to be about 5, with moderate intensity.

Weather Overview: Strong winter monsoon is bringing cold weather to southern China. Hong Kong is cloudy today, with one or two light rains in the beginning, and the weather is cold; it becomes fine and dry during the day, and the temperature ranges from 9 to 15 degrees. Winds moderated to a fresh north wind, with strong winds offshore and high in the beginning.
