On the UEFA Champions League Twitter account, the new C1 final balloon was unveiled. It will be used this Tuesday for the first eighths: Atlético-Liverpool and Dortmund-PSG, until the final of the competition. This Adidas ball is equipped with the latest technologies from the brand: a seamless coating and a grainy texture that allows for better adhesion and a sharper feel.

The brand with the three bands wanted to underline the artistic culture of Istanbul: on the new balloon, we can see the map of the famous Turkish city, as well as the Bosphorus, a strait that separates Asia and Europe. It also uses the motif of the stars but changes colors. Instead of the flashy yellow and blue hues, the supplier opted for burgundy and navy blue. The ball is also distinguished from that of the group stages with the inscription "Istanbul 20" in the center, since the Turkish city will host the final of the Champions League on May 30 at the Atatürk stadium.
