(ANSA) - GENOA, FEBRUARY 19 - The Lebanese cargo commander Bana has been arrested and has been kidnapped in the Genoa port since 3 February for suspected arms traffic from Turkey to Libya. The arrest was triggered by Jouseff Tartiussi, 55, Lebanese. He is accused of international arms trafficking.
