Bonjour, Mr. Elmas. Did you arrive safely in Paris?
Yes, everything went great. Now I'm happy that the tournament will start soon.
You qualified for the FUT Champions Cup for the second time. What kind of a feeling is this?
It feels amazing! It's crazy that I managed to be there for the second time. I really want to compete with the best players in the world on the console.
In Bucharest you made it into the round of 16. What is your goal now?
Back then it was really blatant, nobody expected it - least of all myself (laughs). Of course I would love to reach the quarter-finals now, of course more would be great. But that becomes damn difficult when I look at the opponents. But I don't want to hide!
Who is your favorite
For me on the Playstation this is Umut Gültekin from Hamburger SV. He is in great shape.
Is it something special for you to be able to compete with the big ones or has it already become everyday life?
Now I play against well-known names more often. But it is a very different thing when you play against these very good opponents in an important tournament where there is a lot going on. This is really something special.
The Haching eSports team has only been around for six months. Did you expect success so quickly?
I think we have to pinch ourselves every now and then (laughs). None of us expected that it would happen so quickly - even if one hopes, of course. That makes the successes all the more beautiful for us!
