Maccabi Tel Aviv managed to qualify tonight (Wednesday) for the Euroleague playoffs, for the first time since the 2014/2015 season, then also won the factory. The Yellows provided an unstable game but managed to beat table leader, Andulo Zero, who reached the game with 11 straight wins. Although only 3500 spectators arrived at the Mandelbaum Sanctuary in the evening following the Corona virus, they once again saw another huge evening of Sparopoulos and his disciples in front of the Turks.

Spropoulos said after the game: "It was very difficult because of all the rumors around the Corona, with an audience, without an audience," Janis Spropoulos admitted at the end. "We tried to concentrate, at first we did it very well. Then you saw how much quality Zero has, they scored whenever they wanted. In the end we gave everything a victory."

Maccabi's Greek coach also added: "Our defense kept them on a low score and that was the key to victory. We will fight all the games we have left and see where we go.
