(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 6 - "The death of Marco Vanninisopraggiunse" after the gunshot "attributable only to Antonio Ciontoli" who "remained inert impeding the rescue", efu "the consequence was the injuries caused by the shot that the lack of rescue which, certainly, if promptly activated, would have averted the inauspicious effect ". The Cassation wrote it in the grounds of the decision of 7 February which ordered the encore appeal for Ciontoli (whose sentence was reduced from 14 to 5 years) and his family.
