No fines for fathers who don't care for their children

For the Cassation, the right to visit is free and not monetizable (ANSA)

Fathers - and in general non-placement parents - who do not exercise the right of visit established by the judge, cannot be "punished" with economic sanctions that push them to attend their children. This was underlined by the Court of Cassation which canceled the fines of one hundred euros for a "renitent" father for every missed meeting with his younger son. For ermines, the right of visit cannot be "monetized" and "is destined to remain free in its exercise". Better to think of "shared" paths to improve relationships.
