A building collapsed in the eastern Chinese city of Quanzhou on Saturday. This hotel, used as a place of containment for people who have been in contact with patients infected with the coronavirus, accommodated nearly 80 people.
More than 700 rescuers with construction equipment and cranes were dispatched to the site, according to local authorities in Quanzhou. The tragedy left at least 10 people dead and around twenty people were still stranded this Sunday.
