TSV Grafing made a guest appearance at the second of the table by FC Rot-Weiss Oberföhring. The good old wall tactics surprised the TSV.

Grafing - At the start of the second half of the table at RW Oberföhring, Grafing's coach Andi Schmidt had drawn his kickers the good old wall tactics on the tactic board. "So far we could only train and play on our small artificial turf and therefore wanted to gather against such a good team in front of the penalty area and then counter", Jürgen Daser, technical manager of the Bärenstadt team, explained the reasoning behind the explicit defensive strategy, which is full opened. "The team was totally disciplined and played well, Oberföhring didn't have many chances."

No getting through in front of the two closely massed Grafingen defensive lines, the place winners made the first decisive mistake in their own penalty area when fouling Quirin Huber. Josef Limberger stayed ice cold from the point - 0: 1 (34th).

Limberger double pack for victory

"Actually, a RW player would have had to go down with yellow and red after having prevented two counterattacks," said Daser, who had to wait a long time for a football treat after the break. That was then served to him by Felix Richter, who missed the Grafinger 2-0 by centimeters (80th). Limberger was again allowed to set the end point after a counterattack in stoppage time and lead the TSV back to the relegation places with its double pack.

Jürgen Daser was very satisfied with the successful start against the new "favorite opponent": "This is relieving, not a matter of course and of course inspires."
