(ANSA) - KABUL, MAR 10 - The government of Kabul is ready to release 5,000 Taliban prisoners as of this week, if the violence will "significantly" decrease and 3,500 others after the peace negotiations have started, said the spokesman for the President Ashraf Ghani.
