"Slowing the transmission of the virus requires extremely drastic measures," explains Anne-Claude Crémieux, professor of infectious diseases at the Saint-Louis hospital (Paris Xe). Otherwise, health professionals fear saturation of hospitals, like what is currently happening in Mulhouse, one of the centers of the epidemic in France.
