Unicef and Doctors Without Borders confirmed to CNN that they sent personal protective equipment and medical supplies to North Korea for the prevention in that country against the coronavirus pandemic. International aid is given in response to a request from the North Korean Ministry of Public Health and includes gowns, gloves, masks and disinfectants.
