(ANSA) - MODENA, MAR 18 - The home video program, in installments, is called 'Kitchen Quarantine', which the Modenese chef Massimo Bottura proposes every day at 20 via Instagram in the days where 'you are at home' is an invitation re-proposed daily by many well-known personalities. The idea is of Bottura's daughter, Alexa, who is also a video maker. Bottura will prepare dishes in the company of the whole family, or alongside his wife Lara and son Charlie.
The shooting will be done directly inside the chef's home. "What we want to do - he explains - is to share with the public how we are closed together in the house, doing what the emergency has taken away from us". Bottura temporarily closed its three premises in Modena on 10 March.
