Tsuen Wan noodle shop frightens police

At 00:00 on Tuesday (24th), the police received a report that a man wearing a bracelet was eating at a restaurant in the ground floor of No. 40 Lu Tak Wai, Tsuen Wan. He suspected he had no inside information. Police officers later took him to a nearby park for investigation, and waited for the DH personnel to attend the scene. During this period, the man put on sunglasses and covered himself with a coat.
