To cope with the health crisis, 15,000 nursing students and 3,000 trainee nursing assistants were called in for reinforcement in Ile-de-France, announced Friday in a statement the Ministry of Labor and the Ile-de-France Region.

Financial aid has been put in place to support these students who will increase the number of staff in AP-HP hospitals, in other public and private hospitals in Ile-de-France, and in nursing homes.
" After taking into account their possible internship allowances, the nursing assistants will receive 1000 euros net per month, nursing students registered in the 1st year will receive a cumulative 1300 euros net per month and those of the 2nd and 3rd years 1500 euros net per month », Specify the ministry and the Region. This exceptional aid complements the social criteria scholarship paid by the Ile-de-France region, they stress.
