(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, APRIL 17 - The introduction of Recovery Bonds guaranteed by the EU budget, the exhortation to the Member States of the use of the Mes, not to the coronabonds. These are the main points of the solution adopted by the European Parliament on the EU's coordinated action to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. The text passed with 395 yes, 171 against 128 abstained.
