(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 22 - The manufacturing and construction sectors as well as some commercial businesses could start from May 4th. The President of the Council, Giuseppe Conte said in the video conference in progress with isindacati on phase two explaining that there will be a relaxation of the restrictive measures "but not in an indiscriminate way" because "it would be irresponsible".
